I’ve been doing software development for almost 25 years now. I caught the bug teaching a Commodore Pet how to do interesting things using BASIC. I should have been learning calculus - but it all seemed a bit boring - and I did okay on tests, so I figured what the heck.

These days, I spend my time working at Sprig Health as the technology architect. We’re a startup company based in Portland. We’re funded by Cambia Health (nee The Regence Group) as one of their Direct Health Solution companies.

Sprig Health is building a marketplace for health care consumers to find health care providers. The marketplace will allow folks to find services and appointments, comparing providers, prices, availability, location and philosophy of care.
